Sealion was delivered by Viareggio Superyachts in 2009, and her refit with WOSA was a structured yard period managed through a dedicated main worklist, giving the owner, captain, crew and specialist contractors one point of coordination.

WOSA created the main worklist and kept it updated throughout, with priorities, quotations, responsibilities and completion status under control. Onboard inspections were coordinated to define the scope and identify defects that needed specialist intervention, and the mechanical and technical maintenance was planned around the yacht’s yard schedule and operational priorities.

WOSA selected and coordinated the specialist contractors, including access, sequencing and onboard interfaces, and managed the shipyard services and logistics the work programme required. Ongoing activities were followed up daily, with WOSA acting as the interface with the captain and crew.

Completed activities were inspected and punch-list items followed up before close-out, while technical assistance and reporting gave the owner a clear overview of progress and open points.
