All Star 1 was delivered by Sterling Yachts in 1986, and WOSA’s work on her took the form of a coordinated programme of onboard services and technical support, tailored to the yacht’s operational requirements.

WOSA provided onboard technical support for maintenance items and defects that required specialist intervention, planning and sequencing the service activities around the yacht’s operations and the availability of contractors. Technicians and subcontractors were organised by WOSA, including access and work interfaces, along with contractor access, materials and the day-to-day yard or marina logistics.

Onboard activities were monitored to keep the work within the agreed scope, and the captain and crew had direct support during each technical intervention and service attendance. Progress, open items and completion status were tracked across the programme, and completed works were reviewed, with follow-up wherever rectification or further attendance was required.
